Why I Started Sharing Wellness Travel Resources (And Why It Matters More Than You Think)

Travel has always meant more to me than just going somewhere new.

It’s never just been about the destination.Or the hotel.Or even the itinerary.

It’s about how you feel while you’re there…

And more importantly—how you feel when you come back.


✨ Travel Can Be More Than an Escape


It can:

  • Reset your mind

  • Calm your body

  • Help you process things you didn’t even realize you were carrying

And sometimes…

It gives you the space to reconnect with yourself in a way everyday life doesn’t always allow.


🌊 Where This Really Started for Me

The more time I’ve spent near the ocean…

The more I’ve noticed something shift.

Not just mentally—but physically.

My thoughts slow down.My breathing changes.I feel more present.

And I started asking myself…

Why?

That feeling isn’t random.

There’s real research behind why being near water affects us the way it does.

It’s the idea that being near, in, on, or even thinking about water can:
