What’s Included This service includes a personalized planning consultation along with up to 2 hours of dedicated itinerary support based on your trip needs and complexity. Planning support may include: Customized itinerary organization Activity and excursion recommendations Cruise port planning support Travel flow and pacing suggestions Reservation organization Packing and preparation guidance Wellness-focused travel recommendations Personalized travel resources and guidance Perfect For Travelers Who: feel overwhelmed planning complex trips already booked independently but need help organizing everything want a smoother, less stressful travel experience value personalized recommendations and support want help maximizing their trip experience Pricing Custom itinerary support starts at $125 and may vary depending on trip complexity, destinations, research time, and level of customization requested. Additional planning time or extensive revisions may require additional fees. Please Note This service focuses on itinerary organization and personalized planning support. Direct supplier booking management and reservation handling are not automatically included unless otherwise discussed.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Peace • Love • Wanderlust for your travel consultation and planning support. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Consultation fees are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or no-shows may require a new booking fee. Late arrivals may shorten the scheduled session time. Travel consultation services may include itinerary organization, cruise planning support, destination recommendations, wellness-focused travel suggestions, packing guidance, and general travel Q&A support. Unless otherwise discussed, consultation services do not automatically include direct supplier booking management, ongoing itinerary revisions, reservation monitoring, emergency support, or full-service travel planning. Travel pricing, availability, schedules, promotions, and supplier policies may change at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing travel documents, verifying passport/travel requirements, understanding supplier cancellation policies, and obtaining travel insurance when appropriate. Peace • Love • Wanderlust is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, cancellations, weather events, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Any wellness-focused guidance or coaching-style support is intended for educational and supportive purposes only and is not medical care, therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these policies and the scope of services provided.
